STORY
Started off as a side hobby repairing bikes Matt has decided to expand his hobby into a small business providing the public with quality used bicycles for a discounted price! During the Covid-19 pandemic the demand for new and used bicycles was at its highest. Majority of big retailer stores and local bicycles shops in the UK was having supply issue due to the huge influx of orders. Many people turned to the used markets seeking deals. During this time Matt was working as a workshop manager for a retailer. This is where the concept of starting his own business came from. Matt found that customers were buying used bikes online without any reassurance of the condition. This lead to expensive repairs which wouldn't be cost effective for the consumer. The idea behind Reuse Bike Company was to provide end consumers with a great quality bikes that is serviced, repaired and safe without breaking the bank. With the cost of living rising in the UK the standard price of a bike is now around £300-£500. This can be very expensive for families that need to buy multi bikes at once.

What is your return policy?
Unfortunately we do not accept any returns unless there has been a fault with the product. We do however offer a exchange policy if you decided your set of wheels isn't suitable we can exchange for another bicycle from our range. Please contact our team for any further enquires.
What are your payment methods?
We have many different methods of payment. You can transact through our website on here or pay on collection/drop-off via Bank Transfer or Cash. Cyclescheme option will be available in the near future!
Warranty
All our bicycles that are bought from us are all under our 6 month warranty policy (Subject to wear & tear). We do not cover any misuse or careless usage to any of our bicycles.
Aftercare & Servicing
We offer repairs & servicing to all our bicycles that have been bought from us! Please get in touch to discuss bookings and pricing.
